      Pros

      There are no pros that I can think of - used to be fun place but not any more.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Little recognition. Just asked for more and more with no thank you even after putting in long hours, nights and weekends. Metrics became more important then finding quality candidates.

      Awesome place to work for temporary positions. Recruiter was really great at selling my resume to those in need.

      Pros

      Good initial training for the role.

      Cons

      Poor management. Unrealistic expectations for it's employee's. Bad commission/bonus structure. A LOT of stress in the role. Too much Micromanagement. Not willing to take feedback or hear new ideas. Do not allow a receptionist in the branch which means additional workload to the staff that is already overwhelmed. Not enough diversity within the office (i.e. hiring the exact same type of individual -- women ages 23-30 years old with the same personality type). Unethical. A LOT of gossip between upper management and bad mouthing other employees which comes across as very unprofessional.
