      Pros

      Great place to work and the opportunity to move across different vertical markets and expand knowledge and experience is fantastic. Communication throughout the business is excellent from the CEO down. We know exactly where we are and what we need to do to be a success.

      Uncapped commission so there is a high earning potential but it is really dependent on the market you are working in.

      Cons

      Extremely micro-managed and metrics-driven and the company is moving in an even worse direction in that regard.

      Always interested in ensuring you are on a development plan to get better, attain more, and get promoted to the next level

      Cons

      There is always a lot to do to help you develop your skills and as you are given free reign to put as much into it as possible depending on how quickly you want to progress it can be time consuming at first
