I have been with Randstad 9 years, started from uni and have progressed quickly into a role that I absolutely love. Randstad have supported me both with my development internally but also to obtain my professional qualification. Randstad allows you to be the destiny of your own success and will encourage people to think outside the norm and have a voice to help contribute to changes happening. The CEO is extremely approachable and makes the time to visit branches and share where the company is and what the priorities are which we are all working towards together.

Cons

At times you have to go through many channels to get things approved or agreed, Randstad could be faster in making decisions

Thanks for your review and glad to hear you've progressed well! We are just about to launch our new employee advisory board where a group of nominated volunteers will regularly meet with the UK Leadership Team to put forward and review ideas which I think will really improve the speed of some decision making. We've also just launched a live ideas platform where any employee can submit and vote in real time for ideas which will then be reviewed... please submit any ideas you or your team have as this is a great way of getting ideas reviewed quickly :)
