Pros
Coming from a large competitor who had a strong emphasis on learning and development I am so impressed on how Randstad go above and beyond to develop their staff. As well as formal training consultants can expect individual coaching from a designated L&D partner which can really accelerate careers. Randstad values consultants who work hard and are willing to learn so would suit ambitious, responsible and career driven people.
Cons
Randstad is working on building more cohesion between divisions and sharing best practice which will strengthen the company. The IT systems are more complicated/less user friendly than what I was used to however there is great support available to help you learn them!
