Pros

Aside from the work hard, play hard culture, Randstad offer a great benefits scheme ranging from free eye tests up to company cars, flash awards and incentives.

Cons

Challenging environment where expectations are high for individuals to achieve their full potential

Pros

Randstad has a great culture - it is fast paced and hard work but very rewarding. The offices have a real buzz and there is a real drive to do well. There is a lot of L&D support available from the sales trainers and branch manager, and you are really encouraged to be successful.

Cons

Recruitment is hard work, so you need to put a lot in to be successful, but if you have the right drive and determination you can certainly be very successful in Randstad as they will give you the skills and knowledge.
