High standard of profeesionalism and a deserved place as one of the UKs market leading Recruitment Agencies.

Cons

As a business seem automated and robotic with no place for fresh ideas. They have a formula and they stick to it

Thanks for your review and feedback. Whilst we do have a way of working which provides structure for people to work, this is designed to help people be as successful as possible. We have regular engagement surveys which enable people to submit their ideas, and we are about to launch 2 exciting new initiatives to promote and encourage fresh ideas and thinking :)

- Great benefits including free massages and employee programs - excellent onboarding and mentorship - leading from the top down, great upper and middle management - uncapped commission

Cons

- long hours & lots of overtime

Company is great to there employees and they have a commission plan that is very fair. Work hard and you can make a lot of money!

Cons

If you are looking for a easy job then this is not the place for you.
