      Pros

      Freedom to express is the biggest takeaway in my almost decade old tenure in this organisation. Allows members ample oppurtunities to get the big picture of the organisation as a whole. I would recommend any fresher yearning to join corporates to start with Randstad as it provides the best experience of how to work in corporate environment.

      Pros

      Randstad started shaping my world of work from the time I joined Randstad in the year 2013. Basically I'm from Business Development background and joined Randstad in Operation as "Consultant". It was a good learning experience with the guidance of my seniors which I picked up quickly. It was completely knowing enterprise level customer, employee needs and to serve them the best, I'm proud of being part of the Randstad brand, its been so far an amazing journey and good family. Happy to carry the Brand with me "as I always carry the Randstad bag".

      Better Pay, training & motivation to the employees will motivate Randstad to walk the extra miles.

      Is a market-leader Very Process-oriented Works like an MNC should Great engagement initiatives and R&R programs Great set of clients Opportunity to shift to other locations/functions internally Multiple opportunities to travel for training & leadership programs Good incentive schemes Good people to work with Has a cafeteria Is positively inclined toward growth

      Is located at Oshiwara (inconvenient to some)
