      The working hours are relatively respected and they're flexible with it

      Cons

      There's no talent management. The management team is so worry about the results and few worry about the people. The goals (when it is transparent) is the most important thing, wherever it can costs.

      Empowerment: I work in a team which is highly empowered and has management & business support. I have not seen this in other companies Roles: Getting very good exposure across multiple roles. The company is open for internal mobility as well. Performance: The leadership and the team is highly focused on India and believe, they can grow at a faster pace. So, this is a great company for those who are performance oriented. Best among the HR companies - better - environment, focus, benefits, global standing and drive
