Pros
In terms of getting experience, it is good for entry level. Lots of different teams offer different levels of service and things you can learn. Understanding in terms of special medical needs and they allow you to work from home.
Cons
Pay is too low for what we do. Management has to wear a lot of hats and can't balance everything correctly. Not enough people for the work load asked to do. Some ideas never get completed when presented (though to to be fair this may be an issue with contracts). Little chance of moving up ladder. Benefits are there but way to expensive for what they should be. Managers do not enforce the dress code completely. Not so much a con but if you have issue working with people who have criminal records you might want to avoid this company. But the biggest is just listen to your employees and hear what they have to say.
