You need to like the political game when getting higher in the tree. But probably that's the same everywhere. A lot of governance, reporting, overhead, discussions, talking, little doing. Internal operations could be way more pragmatic. Senior management has trouble not jumping into micro-management (but they do acknowledge this and thats a start).

-Way too much turnover. -Too large an organization, disconnected and impersonal. -No base + commission structure. -Bonus is measly and based on market, company and branch performance, not individually based.
