      Pros

      On a mission to become the No.1 HR & Recruitment company in the world, and they make you feel like you are part of a global push for domination. Strong process and governance. Good training opportunities, too much sometimes.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much governance which seems to slow down the ability to achieve. Could be more opportunities for those that don't want to take a management career path. Salaries could be better to compete for the best talent.

      Variety of roles and professions covered meand lots of profression opportunities Big company benefits including share plan International company which enables overseas relocation based on results and desire Strong ethics

      Cons

      As company is changing, communication sometimes suffers. Strategic development is interesting but can lead to uncertainty. Recruitment market is currently very difficult which makes achieving good results somewhat harder than in the past

      Friendly and approachable Executive Team, recruits young "green" professionals right out of undergrad, offers part time work for working mothers

      Cons

      Weak compensation, many many hours for return, every aspect of your position is micro-managed and scrutinized, Senior Management is removed from the actual happenings on the sales floor and is thus slow to implement strategies to address staffing trends
