      Randstad is one of the top staffing agencies in the world with locations across the globe, divisions within all industries and a client list that encompasses a multitude of great companies to work for.

      Cons

      Each Randstad location is ran differently and some by managers that have very little knowledge about being a leader and driving the company toward results.

      Pros

      They set you up with a very extensive training program. You're either a salesman or you're not. Management really tries to help you but you either know how to do it, or you don't.

      Cons

      Over management. Open office that makes it hard to focus on sales calls. Unrealistic Numbers that can't be hit. Very family -like atmosphere. Hard to adjust if you are new. Posting fake jobs for people that really need work to hit interview quotas.
