Pros
I really enjoyed my colleagues. They seemed genuine and far more professional than other places I've worked.
Cons
Not a lot of smarts. They say they are not focused on metrics but you are sent a daily list of everyones metrics every day. You are then penalized for not hitting metrics. They don't value smart people, only whether you can dial a phone. Constantly say they have the candidates best interest in mind but that is simply not true. Not a lot of training.
