Management is out of touch with employees. Program Managers are not required to do much work - mine had another side hussle that they performed during work hours. Required the specialists to do all of their work.

Upper management think and treat the lower employees like they are robots and keep downsizing accounts putting more work onto the staff. They are trying to outsource all accounts to other countries. Even with record breaking profits for multiple years in a row say they cant give raises to the staff
