      Pros

      The money was great, it made paying off student loan payments a breeze.

      Cons

      You will compete with your assigned mentor for new customers, the company on a branch to branch level is very hostile with everyone attempting to claw there way to the top, included the manager. It was literally the worst job I have ever had. I left everyday feeling defeated.

      Pros

      It was a great opportunity to merge two successful companies and grow.

      Cons

      The employees of Spherion were overlooked for management positions and treated very badly by the incoming Randstad teams. There was not team playing happening and no respect show to those who had more experience, knowledge and success than some of the incoming teams.
