Pros

-Good payouts for senior people - Fun trips for high level producers

Cons

- Management is stuck in a time warp somewhere in 1995. Hell bent on micromanaging through a database - No focus on growing gross profit - Hired too many retreads out of Robert Half for management who are absolutely awful - Awful payouts for new people and management makes it next to impossible to make more money. They'd rather get you ramped up, let you leave and watch your gross profit go to the house for EBITA - What large staffing company gets rid of CareerBuilder???!!!!! - 15 different operating companies, none are on the same page. Various divisions that actually compete with each other rather than work towards a common goal

Pros

-Flexibility to work from home some days -401k match, health, dental and vision, stock plan

Cons

- Turnover rate was over 65% all 2 years of me working here. - Toxic work environment where you will have to do your managers job. - Senior leadership is out of touch with the market in regions and create unrealistic expectations with quotas that are unattainable. - Company went through a "massive layoff" but instead of laying people off they doubled quoata's and ridiculed people in meetings to get people to quit on their own so they do not have to pay unemployment. - Will belittle you, gaslight you and accuse you of not working hard enough if you cannot close a deal even if you give everything you have. - My office went from 8 Staffing Managers to 2. All of them either quit or were "let go" due to lack of performance. - Prepare for an Area Vice President and Regional Vice President to not support you and target you while breathing down your neck. -Make sure to document all activity. -After being "let go" Randstad tried to contest my unemployment claim. I sent in 100 pages of documentation and won my case. - DO NOT WORK HERE TRUST ME.

Pros

Good positions available and benefits

Cons

Employees are disregarded and not considered for new positions. U have all but begged yet not even a call back. In fact I was treated as a new applicant when I'm an employee as far as I know. I've never been told otherwise.
