Pros
Fast paced. Learned SO much - but only because I was able to "suck up" on the right people. It had been a terrific company. It has gotten very large - which could be a pro if you just want to be a nameless revenue generator. I wanted more - so I chose to leave.
Cons
Terrible Senior Management. Exceptional amount of favortism. Lack of consistency with promotional opportunities. It was extremely hard being in a mid-level management position and being aware of all of the political relationships and all the lies that were constantly handed out to consultants that were doing good work - but were never going to be anything other than a consultant and were promised so much more.
