In a struggling economy having a job is a pro. Also, from speaking with previous co-workers I know that some offices have the luxury of having a good working environment.

The working hours are good so there is an expectation that you get your work done during business hours by working hard and efficiently. Those that lack a sense of urgency, are afraid to pick up the phone, or are looking for the easy path, find it difficult working at Randstad. Someone that has always excelled in what they’ve done in jobs/life/sports would find that growth opportunities are endless. It’s a structured, growing company with ample training resources, selling/recruiting tools, and helpful managers to support your growing business. All-stars that are committed to being the best and are consistently top performers do very well here and love it!
