      Very Close to a Good Job, but Upper Management Inept

      Pros

      The work is interesting, the location is great, and most all of the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management is completely clueless on how to run the business. They rarely if ever look for input from their most senior people, or anyone at all. They make unnecessary changes to the way things are run, and make major operational changes with no plan at all. Anyone looking for a long term position should look elsewhere. This company is a resume killer.
