Excellent work/life balance, great employees (those that are left)
Cons
Unstable environment, frequent layoffs, they bill themselves as a technology company but they are trapped 10 year old paradigms, there is a constant pervasive fear that any day the doors will be locked and all of the furniture will be gone when you get to work, and finally there is a serious lack of opportunity for advancement
