Pros

Trainers are awesome, Pay is competitive, Really clean workplace, Free pizza once a month, Sometimes we play bingo

Cons

Gossip environment, Favoritism, Out-of-touch leadership, High burnout rate, Unforgiving attendance and break policies, Strange policy changes like banning books and comfortable shoes, Expected to screw customers over, Being treated like a number/liability, Timed restroom breaks, Poor work-life balance, Being constantly told to work faster, Top performers are punished for their work ethic, Only the friends of leadership are given recognition despite the entire team being hard at work.
