Pros

They will never fire you for attendance or anything, unless a dealer tells them to, they want you to quit so they don't have to pay unemployment.

Cons

Small town gossip environment. Supervisors deal with the most challenging issues, managers?; not really sure what they do. Very much a favoritism and not a qualification or merit promotion system. Benefits are unaffordable if you have two kids or more. I have seen at least 30 people leave in 9 months and this is not an exaggeration. Training and QA never communicate, and this is what your performance and annual raise is based on. Pretty much a waste of time since law enforcement, dispatch and BSIS don't consider this experience. You have zero control over the days of the week you work and they change every five weeks.
