Pros

Great pay, benefits, and an excellent paid training program. Good career choice since I know that I can make a difference in peoples lives. The structure is nice so that you know what is expected of you and will always have help from management.

Cons

None at this time except maybe the commute from where I live.

I enjoy my job and the company. The job is rewarding - working with customers and protecting their valuables. The company pays well and offers good benefits - plus I like the fact that they promote from within.

Cons

I can't think of any cons other than the commute I have to make but that is not against the company!
