Pros

The pay is pretty good.

Cons

You won't have any work life balance. Expect to be on call even when you're not on call. Don't expect to actually be help in learning. They'll gatekeep everything from you. They'll bait and switch you into different "jobs" that you didn't sign up for up to and including taking alarm calls when they're low on operators.

Pros

Great pay, unlimited overtime whenever you want, multiple shifts to choose from, tons of opportunities to grow in the company, most comprehensive training program for new employees that will set you up to succeed at your role.

Cons

They can sometimes be overly strict about minimal things and micro manage your performance. The breaks are short 10 minutes instead of 15 and you are timed to the second so it's really easy to get an infraction when coming back slightly late from your breaks.
