Cons

Everything else. It's one of the worst jobs I've ever had. There were high hopes at one point but it did not last long.

They provide extensive training and support to everyone and the pay is great! The work environment is professional and the office is modern and clean. The average day involves making phone calls when an alarm system activates for a business or a customer's personal account. I truly help protect life and property at work and I am proud of what I do!

Cons

No complaints, anyone with a strong work ethic can succeed here.

Pros

Rapid has been my favorite place to work! I came here after being at my last job for six years and I was nervous about the change but the transition was so easy. The training is thorough and efficient, the people are incredibly nice, and the environment is so comfortable. They really make sure you are happy and knowledgeable here. I’ve never worked for a company that has cares so much about it’s people like they do here. I’ve referred all my friends and I’ll continue to praise them to anyone because I believe they are great and it’s an amazing place to work.
