Pros

Pay, technology, great development program for recent grads, excellent but exhaustive training

Cons

The leaders go by 'Mister' (no first names allowed), salaried employees have to punch in and out, the 'casual Friday' dress code requires women to wear blazers, Monday-Thursday even 3rd shift call center reps had to wear shirts and ties.
