Pros

Third shift is fun. Opportunities for overtime. Good benefits and vacation time. Training is long but good. Third shift manager is great.

Cons

Management can be unprofessional and catty. High activity can cause stress. Pay is decent but could be better. Dress code is strict. Lots of gossip. Breaks are timed and scarce.

Thank you for your time as a member of our team and for sharing your thoughts. We are happy to hear that you had a positive experience on the 3rd shift team and with your manager. In this job we deal with emergencies on a daily basis. Based on the need to be available to answer these emergency calls, we do have high expectations for punctuality on breaks and attendance. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. We will take your feedback seriously and continue to work to improve.

Pros

Decent pay, peers are good people, good benefits, opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Strict work environment - no effort at team or relationship building, tons of middle management who are overzealous because the company rewards them for being that way, promotions require moving to 2nd or 3rd shift, working weekends and evenings, human resources department is incompetent (not the recruiting portion)
