Pros

-Excellent work environment -Management is empathetic and cares -Clear path up if you work for it and develop a great work ethic -Co-workers are helpful and caring -Pay is good, but if you keep an eye out for openings you can do department-shifts that work better for you if you wish to spread your wings

Cons

-Working in some roles like Operations can be stressful for some -No paid lunch, some holidays (i.e. Indigenous People's Day) are not considered days off; Operation Department even less so -Professional visits means having business professional clothing ready to go -Constantly changing and at times stressful environment; have to be on your toes when processes change. Applicable to varying degrees at a number of departments. Not necessarily a con!
