Many opportunities to move up, amazing and supportive coworkers, basically unlimited overtime opportunities, won’t call you on your day off or ask you to work overtime, and fair pay.

Cons

Many rules and stipulations on PTO use, cannot take unpaid time off, no grace period for shift clock in time, and some supervisors play favorites and are a lot more lenient for the operators that they like.

They provide extensive training and support to everyone and the pay is great! The work environment is professional and the office is modern and clean. The average day involves making phone calls when an alarm system activates for a business or a customer's personal account. I truly help protect life and property at work and I am proud of what I do!
