Pros

Sales team is strong and aggressive Excellent Marketing Manager. Amazing work by her and her team

Cons

Everyone knew the CEO was a BS artist You would think it would be easy to communicate within a 50 person company, but no, constantly had to chase people for answers. Very frustrating, and would then get called out to top it off Little or no training, although that is now changing They tell partners what they want to hear, but not always the truth For a small company, very clickish very quick to turn very very negative on former employees Management openly cursing in front of new partners, not professional at key times

Pros

RapidScale is a place for individuals who have the drive to succeed in a fast paced environment where hard work and dedication is rewarded. I look forward to coming in each day, knowing that what I do here matters to the bigger picture.

Cons

RapidScale's owners hold each individual accountable, so those who are just looking to "punch the clock" won't do well in this environment.

Pros

The pay is acceptable and the benefits are pretty good. The onsite gym is an A tier gym. Great co workers who love spreading knowledge over hoarding it. Decent Coffee.

Cons

The biggest complaint from me and everyone else is going to be an unequal and punitive return to office mandate. Managers work from home and workers work in office but only workers get punished for not being in the office. Its just hypocritical and upper management refuses to recon with it. The company is extremely micro managy. Management constantly asks for input but ignores you or punishes you for giving it (god forbid we automate anything). We are on of fourteen VMware partners and no one knows anything about current VMware. The company in general feels directionless. We are just eating big COXs money. Merit raises do not exist.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We appreciate your positive feedback on our pay, benefits, and the collaborative relationships among coworkers. I agree—the complimentary, state-of-the-art onsite fitness facilities are just one of many amenities designed to enhance the overall employee experience. Regarding your comments… Our approach to RTO has been a hybrid work model, with the intent to support balance and flexibility between work and personal life. Our goal is to foster stronger connection, communication, and collaboration across teams regardless of role or level. As it relates to merit increases, we are a performance-based culture and of course we recognize and reward employees with merit increases. And we are honored to be recognized as Service Partner of the Year for VMware Cloud Foundation as a Service, showcasing our longtime partnership and deep engineering experience with VMware and now Broadcom. Thanks for sharing your perspective. Our door remains open if you would like to continue the conversation.
