Pros

People from staff up through management are supportive and communicative. Great to work with and great work/life balance. Interesting projects to work on, very talented and likable people who are easy to work with with. Very little drama.

Cons

There can be somewhat of a lack of transparency around departmental decisions with wider impact. Overall, communication is good. As with many companies of this size, a clear path for advancement beyond a certain level can be challenging.
