New, seasoned management team Great Cox benefits, 401k matching, etc. Culture (work hard, play hard, coworkers) Diversity of work/employees are challenged Opportunity for Growth Exposure to a mass amount of different technologies

Management has a very optimistic view of the company, growth, and long term success.

Cons

Reality is the company is going backwards in many ways. Many employees do not admire or respect senior leadership. Senior leadership purely focused on revenue. Employees learn after about 6 months of employment that they were oversold and are under appreciated.

Great company and fast paced environment. Lots of opportunity. Cares about the employees - lunches on Fridays, free car washes, food in kitchen.

Cons

Being a fast growing company can create a hectic environment with long hours but everyone cares and wants to continuously improve.
