      Company is growing creating opportunities throughout the organization. Great leadership and team members across the company. Products are ever evolving. Benefits are excellent.

      Hard charging company if that is not what you are interested in.

      Pros

      High level of trust in employees. High speed, low drag environment. Employees are encouraged to improve processes where they see fit. Reasonable working hours and great benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of work to be done. There are no slow days at RapidScale! We sell lots of different products / services so no two customers are the same.
