So many companies talk about culture, vision, work/life balance...I've never been with a company that actually pulls it off in the way that Cox-Enterprises and RapidScale do. Or some companies pull off one of those things but it is to make employees overlook other areas that are not strong - for example, the companies that create incredibly "fun" cultures to compensate for the lack of work/life balance. Vision is crystal clear at RapidScale, culture is well defined and constantly reinforced, work/life balance is actually a thing. Cox-Enterprises does an incredible job of making its many companies and employees feel a part of something larger. I should mention, the recruiting process really set the stage - my recruiter was amazing, empathetic, thorough, skilled, and communicated throughout the entire process.

Hybrid work schedule where you work from the office Tuesday through Thursday but management is very flexible if you need to work from home those days assuming you have a reason. The employees are very friendly and the office is nice with lots of amenities. The pay and benefits are pretty good no complaints there. The office has a great view too.
