Pros

There are multiple opportunities to improve upon your skills while working here, as well as learn new technology from various business sectors and levels of infrastructure. There is actual job progression, opening up opportunities to current employees looking to move to other departments, or work for promotions in their current career path. Multiple benefits from the company and parent company, including repayment for successful certification tests.

Cons

At times the work load can be high, and periods where this occurs can mean little time to learn new things or improve on others as you push through the work you have.

Pros

Lots of new and emerging technology to learn and grow with, a fast-paced environment that presents a never-ending list of challenges.

Cons

The worst leadership I've encountered in this industry so far. Tons and tons of broken promises of promotions, raises, career growth opportunities and learning experiences with absolutely no follow through. There were quite a few employees working for this company that had been there years without any form of raise, merit increase or promotion, which is both shocking and unprofessional. A complete and utter lack of organization from management down created a sense of chaos that never seemed to get any better, only worse. Absolutely zero on the job training, even on newly introduced technologies, with employees expected to train in their personal time, and pass that training onto newly hired staff members. There is zero accountability company-wide, with people willingly throwing others under the bus (most notably, the sales team cannibalizing the tech team in order to appease customers). Documentation is sparse and sporadic at best, the workload is far too much for the staff, and instead of addressing the issues at hand, management's answer is to hire new inexperienced staff members at the bottom-level to throw at the problems with a hope that the experienced and skilled technical staff members will train them, rather than addressing all of the glaring issues with process and documentation, or creating a true training program to insure the company sees the employee growth it seems to want.

Pros

Randy is a one man band. Constant motion, constant deal making.

Cons

Could use some manners. Otherwise no complaints.
