Because of the growth of the cloud industry, RapidScale has had to expand so quickly, which means adding new staff, partners, products, etc. It provides a ton of room for their employees to grow within the organization and develop new skill sets. They have a big emphasis on developing their employees and promoting them to higher positions. Cons
Obviously within a growing company there are struggles and growing pains. - Sometimes it's tough to collaborate with others because most of the employees are typically very busy with customers - They're currently implementing an 401K program, but there isn't one yet. - Because of the nature of the industry, sometimes it's tough to get the right person to fill some positions
