Pros

First, the company helps keep kids safe. It doesn't get any better than that. Second, ever since new management took over in 2012, the company has been a rocket ship for growth and improvement. It just keeps getting better and more professional. And keeps growing in its market (K12 schools). I have never been this happy in a job!

Cons

Nothing important. Some growing pains here and there, but almost everything about the company is the best I have seen (at least at anyplace that I have worked).

Pros

Raptor employs a diverse group of talented people willing to help solve problems both for the customer and across the organization. The company continues to grow and mature every day, creating opportunities for employees to step into new roles and assume more responsibility. Management does a good job of recognizing and lauding hard work: be it sales, marketing, customer support or development. These reasons - not a casual dress code, free soft drinks or Taco Fridays - are the reasons people stay at Raptor.

Cons

The company is starting to outgrow its current office space. Soon it may need to relocate - hopefully still in the Heights!
