Pros

The only positive thing to say about this place is that it’s a “cushy” job. All remote, not much traveling, and micromanaging isn't the worst. Benefits package isn’t all that bad either.

Cons

1. Very underwhelming pay packages. Base salaries haven’t evolved with inflation and still way behind the times. Commissions and bonuses structured as if they are force feeding you leads all day long, which is not the case. Very low percentages for the work involved. 2. Customers /renewals. You’ll often hear from customers how much they hate this company, which makes your job as a rep that much harder. They have a horrible reputation for doing shady practices with renewals and providing no support to customers when they need it. 3. Marketing support is average at best. Reps are expected to get most of their leads from prospecting. BDRs are some of the worst I’ve ever worked with in my career. 4. Poor sales leadership. Most of sales management here has no idea how the market is evolving and why the company is struggling. Their only offered solution is to keep pushing out new discounts and incentives once a month.

Pros

This is a great place to work if you don’t value balance or have an opinion.

Cons

Bad management, lacking leadership. Authoritarian leadership with no coaching. Threatened by ideas. Truly not a ‘safe space’ or supportive culture like they may promote. Overworked and underpaid. Expectation of perfectionism. Absolute toxic positivity mindset. Any share of struggles or concerns is dismissed and you’re immediately on the ‘outs’. A career detour, not a destination.

We take all feedback seriously, especially when it highlights areas for improvement in leadership, communication, and workload balance. While we know there’s always more work to do, our goal remains to foster a culture where people feel respected, supported, and heard.

Pros

You have everything to be successful from tools, to resources, coaching etc. It's all there. Even the product is great which makes it easy to sell the product. Raptor has a great reputation as well.

Cons

With that being said, no one likes being micromanaged or treated like little kids. It's seriously annoying. That's probably the only part of the company that was the biggest turn off.
