Pros

The retirement and tuition assistance are good benefits.

Cons

The salaries are pretty low for the industry. The health insurance has gotten progressively worse. The advancement opportunities aren't great, since everyone seems to post jobs and go through the motions of interviewing, then hire their friends.

Pros

The pay is decent. Depending on the department the management is great. Tuition Reimbursement The ability to work from home

Cons

POOR training. I feel like the operation department would try to put you on the phone quicker than trying to train you. You only get 2 weeks of vacation the first three years of employment. This is horrible because you expect me to work for 50 weeks. The job is extremely stressful and you really don’t have a work life balance especially during tax season.

Pros

Good Culture Friendly & flexible Environment and great team High level of importance in dealing with cases. Clients get a benefit of operations dealing with requests on a case by case basis.

Cons

Salary Range is average Due to the emphasis on conservative and a safe approach, processes and applications used are not updated to the latest standards
