      Pros

      Family atmosphere. Lot of social events, advancement opportunities. Decent Pay. Nice people.

      Cons

      Severely outdated technology. Too many meetings. Very reactive. A lot of shady people in management.

      Pros

      Corporate training is so-so, and the facilities are top notch.

      Cons

      The end result is that if you're fresh off the boat, brand new in the business you've got MAYBE a one in 50 shot at making it. They promise you all the tools that you'll need to make it in the business, but in the end, you smile and dial and you fake it till you make it. A-Share Mutual funds and Variable Annuities with big nuts are the ONLY way you'll make it past year one.

      Pros

      It has a culture that is comfortable. Some things that are allowed at other companies such as cursing and other things that make employees uncomfortable aren't allowed there

      Cons

      They instituted a policy of employee evaluation that requires that those at the lower end of a bell curve are penalized no matter what their perfomance is.
