Pros
Technology is better than other competitor firms. On site cafeteria serves up good food and there's an on site gym for associates to use. 401(k)/ other retirement offerings are solid.
Cons
Pay and bonuses are seriously lagging behind most of the industry. RTO is a disaster. Requiring local associates who reside within 50 (fifty!) miles of the home office go into the office three days a week while allowing remote associates for the exact same position makes no sense. Tampa traffic is atrocious and unless you live in Feather Sound your commute is going to be miserable. Somehow this policy is less flexible than before COVID, when wfh was the direction of the department managers. PTO is lacking behind the rest of the industry - 3 weeks offered. Associates do not receive any additional vacation time with the company until after 10 years.
