Great position to get a foot in the door of a firm that is usually quite difficult to get into Learn a great deal about the industry on both the analyst side, the sales side and IB side Usually put in 2-3 years of work then get promoted Get great contact both inside and outside the firm Great upper mgmt team willing to help and mentor Great location in Florida
Cons
Job gets very redundant after about 1 year Promotion process is more about who you know then what you can do Liaison salary is limited but if you get a promotion, salary gets better
