      Raypak produces quality products and is responsive to customers. The company is financially stable and provides reliable employment. It's the kind of place that has a lot of long time, 15+ year, employees.

      Cons

      Raypak is struggling to figure out if it should operate as a small, entrepreneurial, company or as a larger, more structured, company. This leads to some confusion and inconsistency in process and decision making.

      Good, solid place to work. If you do a good job, you can work here forever. Very stable environment. Good products and conditions.

      Sometimes, employee suggestions are viewed by how long the employee has worked there. New employees have good ideas as well.
