Still a good place to work

Pros

They make good missiles and keep the US and allied militaries capable so you get to contribute in that way. The people who work here are well educated and mature which is a plus. It's stable, has industry average pay with decent benefits.

Cons

The company has recently went through a major change in being transformed to subsidiary of RTX. The leadership has changed, new corporate policies, reshuffles, with benefit and pay cuts so morale is lower than usual. All the beaucracy of a large defense company which means getting anything done can require a lot of effort.
