Pros

If you come from a competitor, they will pay RI&S will pay you well but after that you are lucky to get anything above 3%.

Cons

Zero work life balance (worked 8 to 8 with no OT pay)... don't trust all the LinkedIn advertisements that work life balance and 9/80s are a real thing, they aren't. Zero Planned work or decisions (you have to fire fight all day every day). Everything is reactive no actual forward thinking approach to anyone in Senior Leadership. Remote was a big selling point for them and they've quickly turned their back on those employees that they enticed to join them with that perk. Financial outlook has been horrible... just waiting on layoff announcements at the same time they need to hire more (like I said no forward thinking leadership)

Pros

Defense contractor, great mission, good coworkers.

Cons

Company no-longer cares about innovation, or mission. Promotes based on gender and color, not merit.

Pros

Surrounded by latest testing equipment to improve skills in hardware testing on wafer and module test.

Cons

Getting into design work is like pulling your own teeth out. They're super leftist liberals and if you show any sway from their ideology in passing conversation, you will not get in with the group, no matter how intelligent you are when it comes to design. If you don't get into the group, they shuv you into 2nd shift to work production lines. If you're dumb enough to believe their promisis and career path advice, you deserve all the bruises on your forehead from all the walls you're going to run into.
