Most processes/procedures documented occassionally solicit input from persommel performing the procedure for input on changes, decent benefits
Cons
Push out procedure changes that try to apply to several divisions; which causes frustration, inefficient process, mgt pushes responsibilities and goals that are not in alignment with the actual job description. too many meetings with mgt as well as reports that take employees away from doing their job. Unclear division of responsibilities for two sections of function (internal VS external roles).
