      No much managerial traning no coaching on how to successfully manage ACMs last minutes discussions and changes my manger seems overwork

      Pros

      Compassion leaders who are finally prioritizing the quality of programming instead of quantity - now RP is focused on employee well-being, diverse tutor pool, student's maximal growth, school relationships, and family outreach. It's about community.

      Cons

      Many systems need to be reworked and therefore many systems are not in place which can lead to inconsistencies, but if you like build systems and thinking if better ways of doing things, than you will enjoy these next few years
