Pros

Very nice people to work with. Fairly laid back office environment. Pay was okay based on no previous experience in property management.

Cons

Perpetually under staffed. Was expected to do the job of three people with only the time allotted for one. Everything is priority. So as a new employee was difficult to know how to schedule tasks effectively.

Started on the phones then worked with tenants and told I would be given a raise which never happened.

Good learning experience. Broker is a teacher.

Cons

Terrible organization. Lack of communication in the office. Extremely short handed. Expects new employees to put out fires from past employees without situation knowledge.
