I have been with RPM for the past few months and can only say good things! As an offshore employee from the Philippines, the positive working environment makes me feel right at home! There's a lot of good things that I can already say: The many opportunity for growth, the compensation, the comfortable (yet effective) management (no micro-managing!), and a lot more! I think I'm gonna love working here for longer!

Cons

The only con as a remote employee is that I don't see my workmates every day in person. Philippines to the US isn't cheap y'know!
