reasonable prices and property management service fees. Good leasing agents with a knack for getting non-difficult properties rented

Cons

Very slow, very inattentive, maintenance is atrocious. Salaries are low because they do not think of their people.

The owners run this company out of intimidation and fear. You can have the highest work ethic but you will not be appreciated and the owners will micro manage you until you are miserable.
